Services & Pricing

Initial Fitness Assessment — $250 (Required for all new clients)

Before your first session and after a phone consultation, Abby will spend time getting to know you — your movement patterns, your goals, your history, and what you want your body to be able to do. From there, your program is built from scratch, just for you.

Concierge Style Training — starts at $700 / month

Tiers:

Essential: 1 session per week

Signature: (Most Popular) 2 sessions per week

Elite: 3 sessions per week

All sessions take place in your home or building fitness center. Membership is billed monthly and includes direct trainer access between sessions.

Meet Abby Sawers, NASM CPT + Senior Specialist

After working across personal training, group fitness, yoga, and Pilates, Abby noticed a gap: most of the fitness and wellness industry overlooks older adults.

Steadyby is her answer to that: a movement practice designed to help adults 70+ stay strong, steady, and independent through a signature mix of strength and mobility rooted in prevention rather than rehabilitation.

She challenges clients to work hard because strength and movement should feel empowering, but the ultimate goal is to help people keep doing what they love for as long as possible.
